Ops Pulse — Daily System Confirmation
Delivered by Axis Ops. Every day. Without exception.
System Notifications
Axis Ops emits a Daily Ops Pulse once per day to every active RoofAxis operator.
This is an automated system notification — not a conversation.
Notifications are delivered regardless of activity level, including days with zero inspections.
Silence is not assumed. Stability is confirmed.
• Today’s scheduled inspections (or none)
• A 48-hour forward workload snapshot
• Current pacing status
• Whether storm protection or system safeguards are active
Why It Exists
Most operational failures occur during the first surge — not the hundredth inspection.
Axis Ops ramps gradually, validates real capacity, and protects schedules before scaling. The system exists to prevent calendar collapse, crew overload, and reputational damage during demand spikes.
Most systems go silent when nothing is happening. Axis Ops does not. A daily pulse keeps your operation visible, accountable, and confirmed — whether you ran ten inspections or zero.
Automatic Controls
When demand exceeds safe limits, Axis Ops throttles intake automatically.
When storms spike volume, storm protection rules override normal scheduling preferences.
When inspection capacity drops, pacing reduces without negotiation.
Keep the three "There are no" lines exactly as written. Do not touch them.
There are no manual overrides.
There are no surge switches.
There are no storm exceptions.
Notification Model
Ops Pulse notifications are system-generated and informational.
The system governs itself. No reply is needed — and none is expected.
Replies are not monitored. System behavior cannot be altered through communication.
If this model is incompatible with how you currently operate, RoofAxis may not be the right system for your organization..
Maintenance & Safe Hold
If Axis Ops detects conditions that could compromise service quality across contractors, regions, or external conditions, it activates automatic safeguards to protect your operation.
During this period:
New inspection activity is paused
Inbound requests continue to be accepted
No destructive changes are made
Recovery checks run automatically
A system notification is emitted once normal operation resumes.
You do not manage any of it. Axis Ops handles it at the system level.
What This Means for Your Operation
RoofAxis is built for contractors who value stability over spikes, long-term reputation over short-term chaos, and systems that say no when conditions are unsafe.
Ops Pulse is not a reporting dashboard. It is daily confirmation that Axis Ops is governing your operation — protecting your schedule, managing your capacity, and maintaining your reputation — whether demand is high, low, or unpredictable.
Updates are sent even when nothing changes — because knowing nothing changed matters.
Ops Pulse is included across Core, Growth, Scale, and Executive Complete plans. Ground operators receive standard system notifications.
Access begins at $497/month — evaluated and activated automatically.
RoofAxis is designed to outlive its operators.
